W. Dale Dunlop

Chairman

Dale Dunlop is a Barrister and Solicitor at Walker, Dunlop and was the past President of Mid-North Resources Limited. He grew up in the Canadian mining business living in mining camps in Newfoundland, Ontario and Manitoba. His father, W. Bruce Dunlop, is active in many explorations. Dale has hands on experience in base level exploration work from the age of 13 years onward. Since graduating from law school in 1976, he has been involved in many private and public mining ventures. He holds substantial interest in several private companies with mining holdings in Nova Scotia and elsewhere.

Lucas Ewart

President, CEO & Director

Mr. Ewart is a corporate consultant for various public investment banks, including GC-Global Capital (TSX-V: GDE.A) and Global Development Resources (TSX-V: GDV.U) where he manages the Investment Banking activities. Mr. Ewart was previously involved in many aspects of corporate and development finance with a number of brokerage firms and investment banks in Australia, Canada, and Europe.

Daniel Dumas

Director

Daniel Dumas was appointed to the board in 2007.

Daniel Dumas has been the owner, President and CEO of Dumas Contracting Ltd., one of North America's leading underground mining contracting and engineering companies, since 1994. In November of 2007, he acquired and became CEO of Tercon MRC Ltd., one of Canada's leading surface mining and road building contractors. Dumas and Tercon have a combined workforce of over 2000 employees.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mining Engineering from New Mexico Tech. He presently holds Professional Engineering Licences in the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba and British Columbia.

James K. Gowans P. Eng

Director

Jim Gowans is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years experience in mineral exploration, mine feasibility studies, opening new mines, commissioning mine expansions and in the development of best practices in mine safety, mine operations and economic performance improvement. He has worked at Cominco, Placer Dome and Inco on mine projects throughout Canada as well as in Nevada and Indonesia. Jim was Executive Vice President at Placer Dome Inc., Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at PT Inco Indonesia Tbk., and is currently President and CEO of DeBeers Canada Inc. Jim has an international reputation with major mining companies and brings high value knowledge, expertise and guidance to the Board of Bison as it refines and implements its exploration plans.

Christopher A. Carmichael CGA

Director, CFO, & Secretary

Mr. Carmichael is a Certified General Accountant with ten years experience in financial management of publicly listed companies. He is currently the CFO of GC-Global Capital Corp. and Global Development Resources Inc., both are merchant banks listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Brian L. MacLellan QC

Director

Brian MacLellan is a Barrister and Solicitor, and partner with Wickwire Holm specializing in corporate and commercial law. Brian graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 1976. He is a Director of numerous privately, closely held and non-distributing companies, and sits on the Board of Bison Gold as an Independent Director.
