Lucas G. Ewart

President & CEO

Mr. Ewart is a Director of a TSX Venture Exchange listed gold company. He is a corporate consultant for various public investment banks, including GC-Global Capital Corp. (TSX-V: GDE.A) where he manages the Investment Banking activities. Mr. Ewart was previously involved in many aspects of corporate and developmental finance with a number of brokerage firms and Investment banks in Australia, Canada, and Europe.

Christopher A. Carmichael

C.F.O.

Mr. Carmichael is a Certified General Accountant with ten years experience in financial management of publicly listed companies. He is currently the CFO of GC-Global Capital Corp. and Global Development Resources Inc., both are merchant banks listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Adam Dasovich

Vice President Corporate Development

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Processing Engineering from The University of Queen's in Kingston, Ontario.He has been mining and practicing overseas and in North America over the last several years. Adam has worked as a mineral process engineer for several major and minor Mining companies such as Cambior, Rivergold and Placer Dome. He was a consultant for Kilborn - SNC Lavalin. He moved on as a Mining Analyst for numerous boutique brokerage firms as well as institutional sales for Mining. Adam joined Bison Gold Exploration in early 2007 and has been fundamental in reorganizing the company.

Bill Hood P. Geo

Geologist and Exploration Program Manager

Bill Hood is a qualified person under the guidelines of National Instrument 43-101. He has 25 years experience in the Rice Lake Belt. Bill is the assigned Geologist for the 2006 exploration program on the Bison Gold properties in Bissett. He is currently an independent Geologist but has been formerly engaged as the VP-Exploration for ProAm Explorations, he was Executive Assistant to Minister of Labour and Northern & Native Affairs, and prior to that he was the Special Assistant to Minister of Energy & Mines and Northern & Native Affairs, for the Province of Manitoba.
