





Bison Gold Resources Inc. is a gold exploration company, listed on the TSX-V Exchange under the symbol "BGE". The Companys primary focus is on creating value for shareholders by exploring high-grade gold deposits in Manitoba.
The Company was incorporated by W. Bruce Dunlop in 1975 as Mid-North Uranium Limited in Manitoba. The name was changed to Mid-North Resources Limited in 1985 and was continued to Alberta in 1986. Prior to December 2005, Mid-North Resources Limited was trading on the CNQ exchange under the symbol "MNRL". In December 2005, Mid-North amalgamated with Bison Gold Resources Inc., a private Ontario based company. The newly amalgamated company was named Bison Gold Resources Inc. and was continued into Ontario.
As a result of the amalgamation, the common shares of Mid-North were consolidated on a basis of 4 Mid-North common shares for 1 Bison Gold common share.
Following the amalgamation, the company acquired all existing property assets, new management, a new board of directors and access to capital and additional funding.
