Bison Gold Announces Changes to its Board of Directors

November 17, 2008 - Toronto, Ontario - Bison Gold Exploration Inc. ("Bison Gold" or the "Company") (BGE - CNSX) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Brian Main to the Board of Directors. Mr. Main is a co-founder of GEDEX Inc., a company developing revolutionary airborne technology to service the oil and gas & mineral exploration industry. Mr. Main has a B.A.Sc. from the University of Waterloo and an M.B.A from the University of Western Ontario and over 15 years experience in the resource exploration industry. Mr. Daniel Dumas and Mr. Jim Gowans have resigned from the Board of Directors but will continue to provide guidance to Bison Gold.

The annual meeting of shareholders on October 30, 2008 for Bison Gold was adjourned. Management will announce the date for the annual meeting of shareholders in the near future.
