Bison Gold Announces Amalgamation with Mid-North

Toronto, Ontario, December 23, 2005 - Bison Gold Exploration Inc. announces it has completed its amalgamation with Mid-North Resources Ltd. (previously: MNRL - CNQ). The name of the newly amalgamated company is Bison Gold Exploration Inc. (BGEI - CNQ). The common shares of Mid-North are consolidated on a basis of 4 Mid-North shares for 1 Bison share. Bison has 20,357,474 shares outstanding.
